- no refund or exchange -

refunds and exchanges are only eligible in case the items is faulty or the wrong order was sent, provided that items are in their original labels and unused packaging. However, damaged items not in their original packing with attached original labels are not eligible for refund or exchange.

- check the item upon delivery-

you can check the item while the courier is at your door. if you want to return it, you can only do so while the courier is present, noting that shipping fees will be applied.
